Placing an Order
  • Shopping Cart:  The shopping cart can be used to save desired items, enter a coupon or gift certificate code, and review your order before checkout.
  • Search:  Enter the item name, sku number, or key word(s) into the search bar at the top right of the page to search for specific items. For a more general search, click “Skin Care” or “Hair”, then select the brand name to view all of the products offered by a particular brand. Some brand also have subcategories to narrow the search.
Discounts & Coupon Codes
  • Brand Exclusions: Some brands and/or products may be excluded from site wide promotions, coupon codes, and special offers based on manufacturer agreements.
  • How do you get a coupon code: Seasonal site wide coupon codes may be displayed on our home page. Returning customers may register to receive exclusive savings via email. Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter to learn about other exclusive saving opportunities.
  • How to apply discount: Discount codes can be entered at the bottom of the page in the shopping cart or during Step 5 of the checkout process.
  • Only one (1) coupon code may be applied per transaction.
Payments & Billing
  • Payment Methods Acceptable methods of payment include U.S. issued Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, and Amazon Payments.
  • Debit and credit card transactions will immediately post a pending payment to the account however, the payment is not captured until the order is shipped. All credit/ debit card transactions are processed through a secure PCI Compliant Credit Card Processing Service.
  • Orders completed with PayPal or Amazon Payments are immediately captured by the their respective third party payment systems.
  • Billing information must be entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.  Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement.
  • does not recognize personal checks or money orders as acceptable methods of payment.
Order Status
  • "Manual Verification" - may require up to 1 business day. The order has successfully been placed and will begin processing shortly. If you have received a request for order verification, please call Customer Care at your earliest convenience, to verify the order.
  • "Awaiting Payment" - provided payment cannot be completed or credit card is still waiting to clear. We will never ask for your credit card information via email and will request that you call Customer Care to verify your information.
  • "Awaiting Fulfillment" - may require up to 3-5 business days for processing. The order is being processed and will be shipped soon. In the event of a backorder, the order status may show as awaiting fulfillment for a longer period of time. See Back Order Information…
  • "Shipped/Completed" - The order has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped it is no longer eligible for cancellation or additional adjustment.
  • "Partially Shipped" - orders may also be categorized as shipped.
  • "Backorder Products" - if an item is backordered, we are working to receive the product(s) from the manufacturer to complete your order as soon as possible.
    • A free expedited shipping upgrade may be applied to an order that is fulfilled outside of our standard processing time frame.
    • Please contact Customer Care to request partial shipment of available items or learn about similar items that may available  (i.e. alternate sizes, packaging, color, scent, style, etc.)
    • Note: To keep providing the best deals to our valued customers, we try our best to stock the most popular items in our warehouse. For some less popular products, we do not stock and only order from the manufacturer when we get an order from a customer. Sometimes, this results in a delay in our fulfillment promise. We apologize in advance for this.
Beauty Bags Policy
  • Samples bags vary each time you purchase based on availability. Bags are assembled daily based on current stock and trending product 
  • Beauty Bags are NOT valid with any other offers, coupons, discounts, or special promotions. 
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for Beauty Bags. If your Beauty Bag or products are damaged or missing please contact Customer Care for help.
  • ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE THE U.S. PLEASE NOTE: Beauty Bags are not yet available to ship Internationally (additonal $15.00-$40.00 shipping fee required depending on your location) (FREESHIP coupon code does not apply)

Signature Requirement $2.00- Ensures that the package will not be left unattended. The receiving party must provide a signature to confirm the successful delivery of an undamaged order.
